Lisa Coca is responsible for Corporate Venture Investments & Commercial Development at GE Ventures. She leads a team focused on making opportunistic investments and developing partnerships outside of GEV’s core practice areas. She is also responsible for sourcing new partners and developing programs consistent with GE Ventures mission to become the global partner of choice to accelerate & commercialize innovative ideas.

Prior to joining GE Ventures, Lisa was the Managing Director and Head of GE Real Estate Global Sustainability, an energy efficiency program with a goal of reducing the environmental footprint across GE’s global portfolio of commercial real estate. Lisa’s career has also spanned a number of other disciplines including finance, sales & marketing, strategy and business development at major financial institutions such as GE Capital, Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank.

Lisa graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lisa lives in Los Altos with her husband and three children.
