Stephanie Palmeri is a Partner at SoftTech VC, where she invests in next-generation commerce & marketplaces, mobile services & infrastructure, and SaaS startups – including Poshmark, True & Co, Clever, Handshake, Grovo, and Class Dojo.

At SoftTech VC, Stephanie’s work includes opportunity reviews, due diligence, market analysis, and dealflow management, in addition to active involvement with SoftTech VC portfolio companies. She also represents SoftTech VC as a board member for Niche and Ubooly.

Stephanie has over a decade of experience working at the intersection of marketing and technology. Prior to joining SoftTech VC in 2011, Stephanie was active in New York City’s emergent VC and entrepreneurial community, where she was an Associate with early-stage venture fund NYC Seed and launched the NYC SeedStart incubator, one of the first high-touch incubator of its kind in the city.

Additionally, Stephanie worked with wine ecommerce startup Lot18 on business development and marketing initiatives. Stephanie’s early experiences include Accenture’s market data practice working with investment banking clients like JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, as well as several years with Estee Lauder’s Clinique brand focused on marketing and sales initiatives for alternative distribution channels. Later, Stephanie was an early member of a startup building enterprise sales and marketing applications for global customers including SAP AG and Diageo.
