Wei-Chun Tai is Partner in Mosley Ventures, a venture fund investing in early stage disruptive technologies in Atlanta and the Southeast. Wei-Chun worked with Sig Mosley for 3 years prior to the formation of Mosley Ventures. She directed all philanthropic efforts of the Mosley Foundation, focusing on providing educational program assistance to disadvantaged youth. Prior to joining Mosley Foundation, Wei-Chun was a financial analyst with NHCO, a wealth management firm with alternative and private equity investments niches.
A two-time entrepreneur, Wei-Chun was founder to two start-ups, one in mortgage software and the other in fashion. Wei-Chun is an innovative marketing professional with strengths in developing revenue-generating strategies under strict budgets and time frames. She co-founded LenderFlex, the real-time Loan Qualification technology to eBank Mortgage. As head of sales and marketing to LenderFlex, she implemented a zero-cost lead gen program that resulted in sales of 2900 licensing seats over an 8 months period.
Prior to LenderFlex, Wei-Chun was the founder and CEO of Jara Brands, an apparel company. She built a couture fashion brand in 4 months; landed two gowns’ appearance on Daytime Emmy’s Red Carpet and grew to 200-store distribution and a marketing partnership with Newell Rubbermaid. Wei-Chun has held product marketing and business analysis positions with Nortel Networks, Nordson and The Coca-Cola Company.
Wei-Chun grew up in Taiwan and Gambia, West Africa. She has a Bachelor of Engineering from Feng-Chia University Taiwan and received her MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford.
